It's National Mushroom Month, and even though we're very late, we made a tote to mark the occasion! Check it out here: https://alypicturedit.com/collections/totesandbags/products/mushroom-tote Some mushrooms glow in the dark, some are poisonous, and some may help treat cancer!  This fungus is also delicious and healthy! Mushrooms are full of water, vitamins and minerals! Portobello mushrooms are full of potassium!   Almost one year ago, I decided I really needed to kick it up a notch when it came to my health and fitness. I wanted more energy, a better immune system, and to make my body more capable of doing the things I wanted to do! I knew I would have to change a lot though and it'd take some work. He hated when it rained, and whenever the clouds rolled in, he would ask his grandfather to make the thunder and lightning stop. He'd go outside, in his over-sized plastic rain coat and yell at the sky, "grandfather, you stop it...

Our first blog post! Short and sweet. I had a really hard time coming up with a concept for it! What could I write about clothing and fashion that hasn't been written a thousand times before? I never figured it out. However, I did think people might find a post about dressing for your body shape useful, so I started doing some research. Here are my thoughts: Women ≠ Geometry. Almost every article I found defines a women's body as a triangle, square, circle, hourglass, pencil or some other geometrical or inanimate object. Even worse, most articles tailored their advise to hiding,...
